Marine Vapor Recovery System #1
Marine Vapor Recovery Unit with HORI Dry Vacuum Pumps
Dock Safety Skid
Since 1999, AEREON’s Jordan Technologies has designed and delivered Vapor Recovery Systems to marine loading operations for both domestic and foreign markets.
In order to comply with all of the United States Coast Guards’ (USCG) rules and regulations, a vast knowledge of marine loading applications is needed to safely design a carbon based Vapor Recovery System.
With more than 14 years of experience in the design and supply of Marine Vapor and Gas Recovery Systems; AEREON has the complete knowledge of what is required in these systems to allow for quick approval by the USCG or to design a Marine Vapor Control System to the most stringent safety standards.
This knowledge includes the following major components of a Marine Vapor Recovery System:
- Marine Vapor and Gas Recovery Systems (MVRU) built to 33 CFR 154.800 Subpart E
- Vapor Blower System
- Dock Safety Units
- Complete operating manuals and procedures to ensure that personnel are properly trained in order to maintain and operate a unit safely
AEREON has built many marine vapor systems using our Vapor Combustion Unit (VCU) technology as the end device instead of the Vapor Recovery Units (VRU). If this technology is your preferred method of vapor control, please contact AEREON for a solution to your vapor solution needs.
