Sales and Service Realignment

March 5, 2018

AEREON is pleased to announce an organizational realignment to better serve our customers in the Americas upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. AEREON’s America’s service teams will be consolidated under a common reporting structure to Kevin Book, Vice President – Aftermarket and Service, Americas.

AEREON’s CEO, Saeid Rahimian says “This change will bring efficiency and greater customer focus to our organization resulting in improved customer service throughout the up, mid, and downstream oil and gas sectors”.  By consolidating all the team members who support our service offering under common leadership, and introducing shared business processes across our service organization, we will see improvements in response time, efficiency, and the overall customer-experience.

AEREON’s upstream and midstream service teams are positioned throughout the US with a strong presence in each of the major shale basins.  To serve downstream customers, AEREON’s technicians are strategically positioned along the East, West, and Gulf Coasts, as well as in the mid-West and Canada.

As part of this realignment, Mr. Book will join the executive leadership team and bring a stronger service voice to AEREON’s executive and board level. Mr. Book reports “These changes further AEREON’s position as an emerging leader in the global Air Emission Control Industry across all sectors of the oil and gas industry.  I believe this realignment of resources provides the foundation needed to support the exceptional growth and momentum we exited 2017 with”.
