CIMARRON ENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH WAUKESHA PEARCE INDUSTRIES IN THE EAGLE FORD REGION

HOUSTON, TEXAS – September 30, 2019 – Cimarron Energy, Inc. (“Cimarron” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the addition of Waukesha Pearce Industries (“WPI”) as an exclusive distributor for our ARControl™ brand in the Eagle Ford region.

Waukesha Pearce Industries, a family owned and operated company, has been supplying dependable equipment, parts and service to the oilfield since 1924. ARControl™ provides oil and gas operators with a fully dependable auto-reignition system to ensure the safe operation of combustors, flares and fired equipment. This partnership pairs a great American service company with a quality “made in America” product.

Cimarron designs and manufactures a complete line of ignition and burner management systems, under the ARControl™ brand name, to ensure that any equipment with a burner or a flare tip is safe and compliant with federal and state regulations. The ARControl™ products are built in in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The ARControl™[1] auto-reignition system was designed from the innovative approach of offering a base product, with capabilities scalable through firmware upgrades.

Jeff Foster, Chief Executive Officer of Cimarron said, “the ARControl™ system was designed to evolve with our customers. Whether they need a simple and reliable pilot ignition solution, or a superior process and safety control system, with just a firmware upgrade they can repurpose their ARControl™ system without having to purchase a new piece of hardware. The ARControl™ product line consists of:

1.      The Mechanica, a simple manual pilot ignition system with advanced safety features,

2.      The ARControl™ Base, the most basic electronic auto-reignitor for combustors and flares,

3.      The ARControl™ Dual Pilot Flare Controller, a basic electronic dual auto-reignitor designed for dual pilot flares,

4.      The ARControl™ BMS, an advanced burner management system,

5.      The ARControl™ DUAL BMS, an advanced burner management system for dual burners (dual firetube, dual Gas Production Unit, etc.),

6.      The ARControl™ Flex, a BMS system that can control up to 16 burners from a single panel.
